Over the Top Lunch

Yup, my guess is that it’d show differently over a few hours or if not pnped. But I’m also fairly averse to that style (it seemed too modern, oaky, and alcoholic). Perhaps another bottle in different circumstances will show differently/better, but right now it’s one I’m not planning to buy any time soon. (Also, meant to say the H-B was the '82, not '83. Typo’ed that. Pretty wine, but overshadowed in the context. But it reminds me I need more Haut Bailly in my cellar and need to drink it more of…
