Snake Balls- delicious! Better than McNuggets!
I tasted at cellar door a few years back at Dom Dublere in Beaune. This wine is drinking beautifully now, its pretty and expressive, with modest complexity and will probably get a little better.
Excuse my snake bones, the Faiveley is a 30 year wine and offers some interest only at the moment.
Couple of modest efforts- the Volnay was forward and quite good. The 04 Dujac, well, it is 04.
Slow Stewed Thick Soup With “8 Pairs of Lizards” With Chinese Herbs. The Tondonia was just OK- either there’s been a shipping problem to Hong Kong or I only enjoy the Gran Reservas.
