You’ve heard of CLONYC, now meet….SLONYC. The Syrah Lovers of New York City.

Lets push this ship off with an American Syrah & Slider Blast. How does September 1 sound?
Fall should be in the air. What I have really wanted to do lately is a Slider Dinner. I would like to see a few high end burgers washed down with some great US of A Syrahs. Let’s keep these north of say $50ish to keep it fair.

Venue is TBD, but I will make it worth it. I promise. We will start at 6:30 where-ever we land.

Mike, put me on the “maybe” list, I have to check my schedule (I’m out of town right now). I more Cali syrah than I know what to do with, so will bring some nice ones.

I’m interested depending on blah blah. 2004 Pax Walker Vine Hills. If my wife is allowed, we can add a DuMol Single Vineyard. How about 2003 DuMol Eddie’s Patch. We could also do Saxum or Scholium Scheria.

Yes, but I have lots of different Pax, and if Goose only wants one Pax, then I could do Carlisle, Alcina, DuMol, Scholium, Saxum, Radio Coteau or Copain and probably a few others I forgot to put in CT.

She told me last night that she may be starting a trial that week, so I will have to check with her to see if she wants to bow out for safety’s sake.
The trial involves representing someone who is alleged to have attempted to cut off someone’s hand with a meat clever to induce the guy to repay a debt. You may want to re-read Item #1 after giving that a bit of thought.
