Since when did CA chardonnay reach 18.5 abv?

And it’s not even a Hard Chard [rofl.gif]

Even then, won’t the alcoholic fermentation stop before 18.5 and result in a wine with RS? IIRC, once you approach 16-17 abv yeast just dies off and fermentation finishes regardless of the amount of sugar left.

I think it says 78.5%, and as such, this is ridiculous. What has winemaking come to??

Is it gold and white or blue and black?

Nope… it is possible… but rare. Takes alcohol-tolerant yeast strains.

Anyone perform a welfare check or point him towards the how to sober up thread? [wow.gif]

I’m flying on the wrong airlines! I’ve never had a granite tray table.

Scholium had some heavy hitting whites as well.

Looking at the background… bottle might have been handed out by flight attendant but pic doesn’t look like an airplane cabin.

I’m just glad to see the airlines handing out handcrafted, artisan wines.

Never mind.

I don’t know if it’s worse that I learned you can’t read or that I learned you drink airplane wine.

I had the same thought, but it appears to be an airline style cup!

It looks like an airport lounge

Did he recycle the plastic cup?

Did you sit next to Oprah on the flight?

Ramon is due for a surprise next time he logs into WB! [dance-clap.gif]

You have something against handcrafted, artisan wines?
