Shun knives at TJMaxx

I picked up some Shun classic knives (8" chef’s, 7.5" santanku and 6" utility) at a TJMaxx in Kentucky for cheap. Look for them if you want some at great prices.

I’m a TJ Maxx freak.
I always find over priced decanters that are under priced.

Marshalls/Ross/TJ MAXX occasionally have real nice stuff for cookware, never seen Shun tho!

I wonder if these are also “secondary” items ala Outlet centers? I bought a Le Creuset “french” oven that cracked on the stove on the first use.

Charlie, they (Marshals/TJ/Homegoods) buy closeouts and seconds. I have seen those Le Creuset with a label stating ‘2nd quality’ in Homegoods. I thought about purchasing but thought better. Your example proves what a good choice I have made.

Maybe you’ll have better luck? the price is really inexpensive… sub $20 at times.

No dice at my local TJMaxx… I was happy to find a little pouch to store my Garmin, so all was not lost! [dance2.gif]

There were also a bunch of random Monster Cable stuff - mainly cables to connect your iPod in various ways, but I was surprised to see that brand there.
