I find it amusing that some wines get you pie-eyed faster than others. I wonder why that is.

There could be many reasons for this

  1. Higher alcohol in the wine
  2. You drank it out of a straw
  3. You mixed it with everclear

I am sure other experts could offer up other reasons.

Or…

  1. I drank it from a magnum or perhaps a methuselah! [grin.gif]

Hmm, I’ve still got a magnum of '97 in the cellar that no one will help me drink. Unfortunately, I think it may be a couple years shot.
