This wasn’t full temperature controlled, but when we rented the space, they said the temperature would stay under 65 or 68. I think there was a little AC, but even without windows, you can a lot of heat buildup in many buildings, and this one has fairly exposed south and west facades. The temperatures in this place in June were higher than the average temperature outside, I’m sure.
Anyway, the point is that being in an enclosed building is no guarantee of reasonable temperatures if you’re someplace where it gets hot in the summer.
The joke is that the locker I have now for old papers, etc., in the same facility is on a floor with no termperature promises, but they have working AC and my min/max thermometer said it stayed under 69 all summer. Go figure.
