Always made Manhattan, now the Mrs wants NE. Care to share your creamiest selections?
This recipe, from Turner Fisheries in the Copley Place Westin, is the best chowder I’ve ever had. Turner can’t enter the chowder contest any more. They won too many times.

To me, chowder is mike porno movies, I don’t make them, but I can sure tell ya what’s good or not!

Mr. Wood. I must say that was one of the best NE clam chowders I have ever had. Period.
I left out the Tabasco & worcestershire sauce and processed the chowder base to a frothy cream before adding all else.
Afriggingmazing.
