Al, I’m guessing the reason we’re here in Wine Talk is because the guy owns a winery. Maybe this should be in the Asylum, but then it wouldn’t be anywhere because the reason we’re talking about this is because the guy owns a winery, no?
I took TomHill’s thread title to indicate that the story is related to the Livermore wine region. Maybe it’s not, but it is mentioned in the Chronicle story. Funny point to nitpick IMO.
I’m not sure why it belongs in Wine Talk. The story describes a lot of very bad behavior by public servants and people misusing the legal system, I thought the finger should be pointed towards the city & county where all of the action ocurred (people from elsewhere may not understand the geography). I suppose it may seem like a nitpick, but wouldn’t your nit be at least as small?
