100,000 gallons of sewage and “biologists” found no environmental impact? Sounds like they’re not looking in the right place.

When the river is flowing at 10,000 cubic ft/min there is no environmental issue along the river if there is a spill. Jenner though, that’s a whole nother story.

Yeah, It’s probably good this spill didn’t happen before the river reloaded with this last big storm.

Likely related incidents IMHO. The article in the PD yesterday stated less than 1/2 of 1% of river flow over 2-1/2 hrs.
