Ingredients
300g-400g Secreto Iberico
Marinade:
3tsp hot pimentón
3tsp sugar
4tsp dark soy sauce
1tsp ground cumin
1 clove garlic
1tbsp chopped parsley (very small!)
1tsp oil
1tsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp water
Preparation
- Add the ingredients of the marinade to a bowl and combine
\ - Put meat to a plate or form
\ - Brush meat with the marinade and put it for hours or overnight in fridge
\ - Sauté the meat in a griddle pan or grill for 2-3min. each side
\ - ENJOY
