Seattleites: Heritage Turkey Sources?

It’s getting to be that time of year. Hoping I can reserve a tasty heritage/free range turkey. Any PNWers have a good source you care to share? Thanks in advance.

Dan

I don’t know if they are Heritage, but Bill The Butcher in Woodinville is going to have organic, free range turkeys.

Thanks, Dave. I’ll check it out.

I thought that Brad Andonian was working on something.

I thought that PCC had heritage turkeys last year, but I may be misremembering.

Dave, I was in Woodinville this week for the first time in a long while, and saw Bill The Butcher’s shop for the first time. Looks interesting, and I’ll have to stop in for some dry-aged beef.

Brad is in fact on something: http://abundantacres-farm.com/category/poultry/turkey/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Not sure if there are any still available - getting a bit late. Hit him up though.
