Could the new wave of high quality / high concept MOBILE restaurants doom a lot of fixed locations? You have a hell of an advantage when you can pick up and move your place to where the folks are.

I haven’t eaten their food yet but may give it a try next week. Their usual lunch time location is about a 10 minute walk from work. The first time i saw the pig driving down 2nd Avenue I did a double take and a WTF.

I’ll post notes after I’ve tried the pulled pork. [basic-smile.gif]

Fair to middlin’, which is to say, yawn, why bother. I had high hopes when I saw the truck.

Here is the review from the Weekly. The cuban and korean trucks look interesting.
