I think the best time to buy is right after the new release, when the brokers/retailers buy from the guys on the list. I don’t know for sure, but if people haven’t sold their allocation(s) by now, then perhaps they are either going to drink it or they are waiting for even higher prices. Said another way, I understand what you’re looking for, but I don’t have any leads because all (2-3?) people I know who purchase sell it upon arrival each spring.
