Just opened today too…anyone biting with the price increase from $225 to $300/per, and 6-pack allocations?
At $300 per bottle, that is a difficult price to justify.
Yeah, they weren’t cheap to start with, and a 33% increase is a bit much.
Yeah, a bit pricey but it’s Screagle so there will be lots of buyers and more demand than wine.
I liked the previous second flight release better, with two bottles from each vintage. Having to buy 6 bottles all from the same vintage at a significantly higher price - not sure.
Can anyone with experience chime in on the quality of the previous vintages? I haven’t opened any yet, and there really is not much information out there on these.
You are buying a commodity, plain and simple. If you can’t flip it for a profit, don’t buy. Just MHO.
Maybe I should reallocate my funds for Amuse Bouche and give these a try. What a joke!
