Does anyone have the Pure line? Opinions? Trying to decide between them and Forte.
I’ve always been one to match sets, especially when it comes to dinner parties. Should I stick with that theory or assemble the best glasses for each varietal? (This might be stupid question #1)
I drink a lot of Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Rhone blends.
I use the Forte Burgundy glasses (18.3 ounce) glasses for everything but power cabs. I’ve found this glass to be the best all purpose glass for me, since I don’t have the storage space for glasses for each wine type. I’d order a set if I didn’t already have a box sitting in storage to replace future breakage.
I was talking with Kevin at Inman regarding their choice of Schotts.
He said,
We went with a Forte line burgundy glass. I did like the Diva but they were
a little tall for the tasting room. But I was considering them for myself as
well. They really brought out the fruit aspects of the wine.
I have the Pure BDX & Burg/Pinot glasses that I use as my routine glasses. We love them for their feel, durability, and contemporary lines. I would order more from you (pretty nice prices!) if I wasn’t completely full on glassware.
Once you click paypal at checkout option, it takes you to paypals gateway. The paypal option is on the right to log in. To the left of that box, it says:
Don’t have a PayPal account?
No problem, continue checkout.
I decided to ask if they had any Top Ten models left. They still have 800 +/- Top Ten Full Bodied Red Wine Size #130 glasses left. With the WB discount, they will run $54.27 ($81 - 33% discount of 26.73) per set of 6 plus shipping.
If you guys are interested, I can add them to the store right now. I am trying to get the order in tomorrow.
Getting ready to fire off the last order for the year.
I am taking a 2 week vacation in Seaside/Seagrove Beach Florida before I go nuts.
A lot of wine drinking with friends and family, and some much needed R&R.
For those who got their orders in for the first initial order, they will be in my possession on Monday. I am going to do my best to get them all out that afternoon as long as UPS shows up at noon. They have been showing up at 2-3pm all week.
I sarcastically asked if they were coming from Germany. Geeze! I am ready to test the Pures out!
