About an hour ago, he posted a Champagne sale thread (now deleted) in the Commerce Corner with prices too good to be true, and I almost fell for it. Thankfully @Mike_C1’s sharp eyes caught onto the fact that he was copying another recent thread with prices altered.

When I pressed Yoni for pictures, he posted them in another thread. I reverse-searched those images and traced them to a French merchant’s website.

I don’t know if Yoni is going rogue or if his account has been hacked. Do not respond to respond to his sale threads, and if he approaches you to sell you stuff, do not bite.

Hey Sam,
My account was hacked. Sorry for the inconvenience. While I don’t post nearly as often as I used to, I still am pretty close to a lot of people on the board and they can attest to my character.

it was a hack, it has been fixed, going to change the title as the real Yoni is not at fault here

Glad everything’s been cleared up. Just another reminder to myself that if the price is too good to be true, it probably is.
