I posted this as I am thinking of dropping the 2007 Broken Stone to add to the Booker or Bone Rock. Unless there is a push for a 5 wine vertical of the Broken Stone, which may be cool to see the differences across vintages.

Any ideas on how we set the flights?

I’m gonna bring a 4th bottle. Really great dessert Tannat that is a must with chocolate. If everyone is still standing after Champagne, 13 bottles of Sax and some stickies, we will crack it open. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow night.
