Ingredients
300g boiled sausage like Lyoner/Regensburger/Mortadella
200g Swiss Emmentaler cheese
150g pickled gherkins/cornichons
5 tbsp liquid from the gherkins
5 tbsp apple vinegar (or white wine vinegar)
5 tbsp sunflower oil
1 red onion
optional: chopped chives on top shortly before serving
Preparation
- Cut the sausage into stripes/julienne
\ - Cut the cheese into stripes/julienne
\ - Cut the gherkins into little cubes
\ - Slice the onion
\ - Add everything to salad bowl
\ - Add gherkins liquid, vinegar and oil
\ - Add a lid or cling film and put in the fridge for 1-2h
\ - Serve with a good bread and optional with some chives on top. ENJOY
