São Paulo last minute dinner recs

Poja Cara! I’m in SP this coming Monday and am looking for a late dinner spot fresh out of the airport.

A few places recommended by friends (Metzi, Mani, Tanit) are closed Mondays as well as many places I’ve eyeballed.

I’m down to Aizome for a very Japanese experience, or A Figueira Rubaiyat for the old school churrasca experience. I know, two ends of the spectrum. Dining for 2 with a business partner.

Any thoughts Brasileros!?

I had a great dinner at Kazuo, and they are open Mondays.

Got mixed reviews from friends on Porco but for naught, my mate doesn’t eat pig. I’ll check out Kazuo ty!

Just to close the loop, had a business relationship take us to A Figueroa Rubiyat. Great energy, solid albeit simply prepared food, pretty solid wine list of Spanish and South American selections plus French wines at egregious import tax marks. Enjoyed it but it’s not like going to DOM. Next time!
