Are any locals planning to attend the release part of Rajat Parr’s wine, Domaine de la cote, at RN74 tomorrow night? We heard about it on a Kutch email (the party is ‘sponsored’ by Kutch and Arnot-Roberts wineries, and I think both will also be pouring their wines). Planning to stop by and see what it’s all about - would be great to meet any of you if you are also going.
Is this a walk in event or through invite only?
The event mailer that came today says “attendance is limited to members of the three wineries” but I don’t know how they will actually confirm that. We RSVP’d thru DdlC, but the emails that came from A-R and Kutch announcing the event didn’t seem to indicate that a RSVP was required, they just gave a DdlC contact email “for more information.”
I’ll be going to RN 74 tonight and I’m geared up for the Bacco offline.
When I emailed Jaimie to ask, he put me in touch with the coordinator, who I then basically RSVPed with.
So who knows what the door policy will be.
I will plan to shout the names Leonard and Steve at the top of my lungs and see who answers.
Just kidding.

BTW…what are the arrangements on corkage? The menu says $22 per bottle…
When I hosted at Bacco we came up with quite a deal for the corkage; it was some years ago though.
unfortunately I am no longer able to attend on the 16th - my husband has to be traveling for work that week, and as he was going to be my free babysitter, I’m now needed at home.

8 is not too much different than 10 plus Ami and Paul just got back from a trip to Italy this year. I am excited to see what they will bring.

I’m cool with 10 and happy to include Ami and Paul. We have 8 committed now including Alan with one pending and Ami & Paul on the waitlist.
I have a PM in to J. Galang to check his availability. If all who have expressed interest attend, we’d have 11. My preference would be to include everyone who has shown interest to this point minus anyone who drops out.
