ooh, that’s too bad

  1. Sat Afternoon should work. It’s really just John that will have to leave at 4, so the rest of us will have to plan for the after party I guess :wink:
  2. Sat afternoon will commit us to AoC as a space I think. Unless Petite Coquin was willing to open early for us. AoC will be busier with many more folks floating around but might make it more interesting. Also Coffee will be available.
  3. Sunday in San Antonio still workable. AoC already hosts Sunday evening dinners at times so there’s a few caterers that should be willing to work with us. It would negate a restaurant option. Might put more of a crimp in Michael’s travel plans than anything.
  4. Sunday in Austin…I think we’ll need an Austinite to coordinate. Hopefully one will jump in. J Long is a non-berserker we should definitely invite anyway and may be a resource if we decide to go there.

Yeah I need to be in Austin on Sunday, so would prefer Sat afternoon in SA or something in austin on sunday.

On point #2. Saturday afternoon would likely be easier for Max in either location. We could do steak frites at PC or a family meal at AoC.

If you guys are game for the earlier time frame (you know I love starting early!) I’ll start making the arrangements. Again I really appreciate the flexibility!

Yeah I like afternoon events too, tend to get better sleep that way.

Following this thread. My wife and I tend to take a post tax season trip right around these dates and many times we’re headed to the Texas coast or hill country so we might be able to dovetail this event.

Looks like we have a good shot as a critical mass of Berserkers in San Antonio! Should be a good one.
