There appear to be two Alt hotels, can you please specify?

Only one, on Water St. Spring for the Panoramic Harbourview room. Worth it for the view. Restaurant at the hotel is good (Terre), but Portage better. Right across the street. Somm is good. Provincial Liquor Board makes life miserable. He has a warehouse of wine not on the list. Official Site | Alt Hotel St.John's

If you have specific questions, I’d be happy to answer them. I’ve been going up to NL for 15 years, always start in St John’s, then head to the house in Trinity.
