Found out last night from DarrenDelmore at our Pig+Fig dinner that TCV has grafted over their PetiteManseng.
This is a grape grown in the Jurancon of France where it is used to make dessert wines. Because if its screechy acidity, TCV had to make it as a sweet dessert wine. We had ithe last one, 2019, last night w/ Laura’s
pineapple upside down cake. It was dynamite.
