Love the wines, love the members of the family with whom I have interacted.
God’s speed, John. Thoughts with his family.

I was sorry to read this news yesterday, but it sounds like he had a very full life. Pedroncelli was one of the places I used to visit with friends when I was first getting into wine 30+ years ago.
+1. I have enjoyed their wines even more, knowing about John and his family, Thanks, Kyle.
Sad news indeed but as Ken mentioned it sounds like John had a full life and was well respected by his peers. My condolences to his family and friends.
Those were some of the wines that really intrigued me how good they were for the price back when I started the hobby in the mid 1990’s.
Still great for the price, and built to age a few years (i.e. they’re better with 2 or so years post-release). It was great to meet John a couple times, and I know the family will continue in his footsteps.
+1. Will have to reload the shelves.
