Aquavit after dinner?
Seriously, that meal is legit. You really did it up right.
My brother in law just posted his dinner from tonight. Guess what?
Nice! Yes, we had both Aalborg aquavit (group favorite- mostly caraway, anise) and Vikre Ørevann Aquavit (my favorite - caraway plus citrus and cardamom). Both went well with a plate of Swedish krumkake and ginger snaps. Not bad for my first attempt but your BIL seems to have it down pat!
Next up on the norske menu…smalahove???
