It´s rhubarb time…
Ingredients
500g rhubarb
2tbsp sugar
150ml orange juice
250ml cream
vanilla pod
3 egg yolks
80g sugar
1-2 tbsp pistachios

Rhubarb, we have plenty of here in the States.
I was surprised to see it served as a vegetable in Paris. Louise makes a wonderful strawberry rhubarb pie. The slight bitter accent is something one grows to love.
