Retailer Question - Vinopolis (OR)

My impressions take into account phone conversations.

OK I am square with Vinopolis now. Did not hear anything more about my VCC preorder since November, contacted them again and they didn’t have any more info, but were willing to issue store credit for the amount… and gave me an additional 20%. So I now have $1400 to spend, mmm. Suggestions welcome. :slight_smile:

I recently met an older gentleman (Doug) at La Paulee NYC who works a few days a week at Vinopolis. He impressed me as someone who knows more than their average employee. Might be a decent place to start.

I’ve done two “lower overhead” “internet order” transactions with them for the first time this month and the customer service has been flawless - ship same day as order, email confirmation from a real person, real-time stock updates on their (otherwise fairly primitive) website, outstanding pricing. If I had one minor complaint it’s that shipping west coast to east coast is $10-20 higher than I’d like for a case, but pricing has more than made up for it.
