We had some miscommunication over a price mistake for two bottles of Monfortino I purchased several months ago. They worked hard to secure an allocation of this scarce wine, and when they finally received it they honored my order at the original price (likely taking a loss in the process). I thought their excellent customer service deserved recognition with a post here.

I have dealt with this retailer, they are awesome! Very courteous. I think the owner is a gentleman from Pakistan, but his name escapes me. There prices are also very good!
