Today we checked out of the voco Beaune, filled up the gas, and drove to CDG where we will stay overnight before flying back to Boston tomorrow morning. We take our driving with frequent breaks for a stretch and pit stop and sometimes a snack. Cool to see Paul bakery at one of our rest stops on the A6.

A bit of traffic congestion the closer we got to CDG, but overall a smooth drive. As we got in line to return our car rental, the manager greeted me by name and asked how our trip was. If there was ever a welcome leading question . . . We shared some feedback on how the rental car road assistance let us down. We are having further communications on this. . .
