BTW, this works also well with herbs butter combined with lemonpeel under the skin of the chicken…

Chestnuts under the skin, delicious roast chicken, tender potatoes…

And the best is Frank, that the potatoes absorb the chicken grease&chestnut butter. YUM, YUM
