Quick Reims Itin Question

Which one of these two makes more sense?
Assume we’ve been in Paris for a few days
PLAN A:
Day 1:
10 - noon: Drive to Reims
Noon - 3pm: Lunch at Crayere
3 - 4:30pm: Visit Reims 1
4:30 - 6pm: Visit Cathedral
Day 2:
10:30 - Noon: Visit Epernay 1
Noon - 2pm: Lunch at Epernay (are there places to eat here?)
2:30 - 4pm: Visit Epernay 2
4 - 5:30pm: Visit Epernay 3
Back to Reims for hotel

OR
PLAN B:
Day 1:
10 - Noon: Drive to Epernay
Noon - 2pm: Lunch at Epernay
2:30 - 4pm: Visit Epernay 1
4 - 5:30pm: Visit Epernay 2
Back to Reims for hotel
Day 2:
10 - 11:30am: Visit Reims 1
11:30 - 1pm: Visit Reims 2
1 - 3:30pm: Lunch - Crayere
Afternoon - Visit Cathedral

Basically plan A is 1 Reims, 3 Epernay… Plan B is 2 Reims, 2 Epernay… Factoring a long lunch at Crayere…
Which makes more sense? where are there more champagne joints worth visiting?

Thanks!

I would suggest an Epernay lunch at C. Comme, a wine bar. They have tasty fare on the lighter side and feature six grower champagnes on a rotating basis.
