Question about iPhone wine apps

If you were a website developper and wanted to create a .mobi mirror of your site which iPhone app would you target?

Not owning an iPhone, I have no way to know which apps would be most suitable to
Of course, my ignorance of .mobi and iPhone technology could be showing here as I have no idea if the two technologies overlap, interface somehow or are even compatible.
