3 good picks and you can find lighter fare there as well. L’Express has plats du jour (little pieces of paper on the menu!) and normally there’s always good options there. Leméac has very good mushroom raviolis, a decent crab cake and a good vegetable millefeuilles as well as other lighter choices. I think you’ll do fine .
Le Filet also has a nice menu with light options. So does Graziella and Le Bouillon Bilk. Just don’t do Le Pied de Cochon and you’ll be fine !
Sad.
My favorite was Le Quartier Général but that’s been gone for a bit. I wonder if O’thym is still open. The menu was quite short but the food was good.
I didnt get to Quebec last year, rescheduled for next month. How’s this for a lineup (I am seafood focused and don’t want a tasting menu)?
Albacore
La Cloche Penche
Le Saint Amour
Kraken Cru
The one that got left out was Arvi , due to tasting menu, but might reconsider due to the vegetarian menu for my wife. Will be taking her to Don Vegan for lunch.
Any great places open Monday night? I see that Le Clan is open Mondays and it can be a short tasting menu (4 courses) which is ok.
