If you have a Grocery Outlet store near you, I recommend you get some 2001 Carneros Cab Franc from Truchard. It is of course a cab franc from carneros so if you dont like bell peppers stay away, but at $8 bottle and then a 20% discount its a pretty good deal. The 20% discount sale lasts 5 days or something.

Truchard has been running deals in NY for about 1.5 years to improve business.
Last time I was at a Grocery Outlet (just before crush), I bought a crapload of Mariflor Torrontes for about $6/bottle. Beautiful nose of white flowers, and great acidity. Sometimes you can find some gems there.
Second that Truchard as a good deal. Had one from the PH store and it washed pizza down really well. Good CF typicity tho’ a little big bellied compared to Loire versions (duh).
I picked up a bottle tonight. Will report back when I pop it sometime this week.
