Received a bottle for Christmas; based on a little taste I can see it would be good drizzled on roasted winter squash or sweet potatoes, but am curious about other uses. Suggestions?

Styrian pumpkin seed oil on french fries!
I like to drizzle it on winter squash soups. Also good to just dip bread into it. I see it working well with savory chicken or pork dishes.

In vinaigrettes for salads, I like to do a salad with some nuts and maybe a bit of fruit and standard stuff over greens then put a bit of blanched wax beans on it and some seared scallops, the pumpkinseed oil fits well here. So does Hazelnut oil.
