Some of you already know this but Louis Boillot Cremant de Bourgognes are excellent for the price. Pretty much accross the board.
Agreed. Non-Champagne French sparklers in general often are great values. Cremant de Loire is another nice appellation.
Do you mean Bouillot?
Personally, I am a Parigot fan all the way.
Shoutout to my bruthas in the Savigny-lès-Beaune massif! </Ali G impersonation>
Thanks. Just happened to pick up the blanc de noirs the other day. I am eager to try it.
Yes
Love it–esp the BdN
I have a bunch of 375s of L. Jacob Creme de Cassis. Some invariably finds its way into the Bouillot!
Never seen it on the shelves. Does this get imported to the USA?
Parigot is a Becky Wasserman Selection and is brought in by the importers below:-

Give them a try. Excellent value and definitely in the top tier of Cremant producers.
The Bourdy Cremant is terrific too.

I really like their rose.

+1, the folks at Crush turned me on to them a number of years back. Tough to do better at the same price.
Will have to check out Bouillot too, thanks!
