I stopped by Tuesdays last night in Waikoloa Village. Its grand opening is not until mid February, but they’re open while they set up. It’s owned by Johnny, the sommelier at Napua. He’s a great guy, very knowledgeable about wine. He’ll have rare pearls as well as everyday drinkers bourbon and more, and a variety of wine glasses.
