Found out you are in Indy and Iām about 2 hours away. Going to make the trip one of the weekends I find myself there and spend way too much money. Glad I found you because the world needs more aged meats and I would love to check out the shop in person. Cheers!

We whipped foie with cream, brandy, white pepper, and moreā¦and topped it all off with a gelee we made with smoked cherry juice and certified organic Montepulciano from Villamagna.
Store this glass jar with golden lid in the fridge, then let it come to room temp ā get that knife through all the layers to schmear on your warm crusty baguette. Itāsā¦decadent.
