I get into the city around Noon and after dropping my bags at the hotel, I’m ready to rumble.

I’m willing to meet at any watering hole, from high-end to dive bar - for the latter, there’s a bar just to the left of PDH (if you’re facing the resto). I’m up for any suggestions, sounds like Father Saxon is in.

Lets figure out a time/place.

If you want to drink beeah, go to the Duvel pub on 51st between 3rd and second avenues, south side of the street, closer to third. Great selection of beer on tap and it’s only 2 blocks from PDH. If you want tequila, go to Dos Caminos, corner of third avenue and 50th street. Great guacamole, excellent tequila seclection, 3 blocks from PDH. And if you go downstairs you can see where A-Rod snuggled up with Madonna.

Beer sounds good though.

It’s actually called BXL Café (as in Bruxelles) on 51st and almost the corner of 3rd (southeast corner). Great beer selection.

I’ve been there before, great beers. Perfect location for pre-dinner festivities as PDH is a few blocks away.
