Seriously, tell me about Aligote (made in California? what is Bouzeron?) by Leroy’s ex-partner. Speak slowly in single-syllable words. What will one find besides a Kir ingredient?
And why does Whole Foods think any of their customers will have any idea what this is?
WF carries a number of Kermit Lynch wines. I’m not sure how their buying is done, so I’m not sure how many stores will have the same wines.
I like that wine a lot. It’s expensive for Aligoté but it’s pretty interesting. Bouzeron is a town in the Cote Chalonaise. Actually all the De Villaine wines are good.
