Last year I hosted an offline after Family Winemakers in Del Mar at Sbicca Restaurant. About 40 berserkers showed up, along with several winemakers, and we had a great time. So now it’s time to do it again!
Date: March 14, 2010
Location: Sbicca Restaurant, Del Mar, CA
Time: 7 PM
Family Winemakers ends at 6, and the restaurant is a 5 minute drive from the Fairgrounds.
Sunday night is no corkage at the restaurant, and I’ve arranged for all ordering to be off the menu. I’ve made the reservation for 40 (which gives us the entire dining room like last year), but if we get more people than that, we will have access to other parts of the restaurant as well.
Looking forward to seeing many of you again!

I wish I could make it, Brian, but I’ll be up in Central Coast for BERSERKERFEST II!!
Todd,
I know many people will be up there, and I wish this was a different weekend, but it is what it is. So take the train from Lompoc to Solana Beach, take a cab to the restaurant, enjoy the offline, take the train back from Solana Beach to San Clemente, be fresh for Monday…
I’m sure BERSERKERFEST II will be a blast!
Brian
Brian, Dana and I will be unable to make this one. We are also at BFII, and the trip down after that adventure will be a bit much.
For those of you thinking about the dinner at Sbicca, it is well worth it. The short ribs were outstanding and paired well with the table of wines that were there. ![[thumbs-up.gif] [thumbs-up.gif]](/uploads/db3686/original/2X/f/f84c5acc11486ee4baba6dee6cf61dbd133abb18.gif)
Brian,
I’m in +1. Looking forward to it!
Cheers, ![cheers [cheers.gif]](/uploads/db3686/original/2X/0/0ff9bfcdb0964982cd3240b6159868fbdf215b1a.gif)
Steve
Brian,
Put me down as well . . .
Can’t wait to be pouring my tercero wines for the first time at Family Winemakers in Del Mar!!! Yippee!
Cheers!
Brian,
We will be pouring at the event and would love to finish the day off with good food and company. Please count me in +1.
Sure wish I could make it, but we are in Arizona for the Angels spring training. With Larry and Mark in the house though, you are all in for some fine wines and fine people too. They are both on my short list, but then I only drink delicious wines. ![[dead-horse.gif] deadhorse](/uploads/db3686/original/2X/4/45ee00f19fd423bce6eecc141248be5543b2c8bc.gif)
I’m going to Del Mar this year so it sounds like a good time… Please put me down with a plus one…
Thanks
Bumpity Bump . . .
Wondering if anyone is NOT going to Berserkerfest ?!?!??
Cheers!
Hi Brian! Will be working the event for Ballentine. Please add me in, and possibly I might be +1.
Please add Ed Horton +1 to the festivities!
Cheers!
We are at 37 attendees! 3 spaces left!
Looking forward to seeing all of you there, it will be a blast! Don’t forget to bring a bottle of wine, no corkage!
Brian, I am unfortunately having to bow out of tonights dinner. Ends up that I have to drive back to Lompoc after the event and I’m still recovering from last nights Berzerkerfest.
Brian I too have to cancel tonight. I hope to meet you all soon.
Thanks,
Chris
