The son of a friend of mine owns a place, in Portland, called The Triple Lindy. I’m just curious as to where it might fit (or not) in this discussion.
I haven’t been but given the location and cocktail menu it’s not a place I would go for craft cocktails. There aren’t any original cocktails on their menu and 2 of the 6 are vodka based.
