What is your favorite wine regions currently?
Choose up to three
Rhone.
With CA Central Coast and Germany nipping on its heels.
“currently” being the operative word… Loire. Rioja too, though.
I added Spain to the poll - sorry, V
Two would be easy.
One is really tough - leaning towards Burgundy because of the reds. But I sorta like Krug, DP et al, as well.
Cellartracker tells me California . Just when I though I knew a thing or 2 about wine…
Without hesitation Burgundy for me (no surprise there). However, a VERY close 2nd would be Champagne, and a 3rd the Rhone.
Burgundy first, close second is Piedmont, after that it is hard to choose among Alsace, Loire, Austria, Champagne, Rioja, Campania, Rhone, Priorat and more.
Okay pansies, I changed it to allow for up to three votes, AND allowed you to change your vote, so for those who voted already, go back and add/change yours.
No ‘Dildine is a weenie’ option?
He’s still mulling over his epic poll that he plans to post, but posts a poll to ask if he should post a poll or not.
Too bad you can’t cast 3 votes for it, huh?
I’m too much of an omnivore to pick just one or even three. So I voted Champagne, California and I have no favorite region.
Whichever one just had the finest vintage of any wine producing region . . . ever.

Good calls, all three, and all big money!
Baller!
I actually thought about that…
Oh, and Germany isn’t a region. Just sayin.
