Poll: Aging Bourgogne

Just got my '16 Hudelot-Noellat Bourgogne rouge, which I’ll try soon. Agree the '15 is beautiful. However, aside from ripe, forward years, as I’ve said before, I’m on the long end of the range for most BR.

Good for drinking on release, and to gauge vintages/producers, but they can also surprise with age.

Had a 97’ Montille at about 16 years of age, and an 05’ Faiveley a year or so back (12 years). Both some of my better red Burg memories.
