POACHED PEACHES with amaretto cream

It is fruit saison right now! Here comes a simple&subtle recipe…

RECIPE

Poaching: 4 firm peaches, 600ml water, 150ml white wine, 150g sugar, juice&peel of one lemon

Amaretto Cream: 250g cream, 3 tbsp sugar, 3tbsp amaretto

Finally, 10 amaretti biscuits lightly crushed on top.
