Right now I’m tentatively planning our next wine event for Saturday May 10th. Venue TBD; I did really like having the event at Cornerstone last time, but depending on how many people want to come, I may also consider the private room at Hong Hot Pot and BBQ.
No specific theme but I’ll likely bring burgs and champagne as usual.
I am thinking of doing another theme for my burg and champagne, not sure what yet. Since we did older burgs this time maybe I’ll bring some younger ones which should be drinking well. Maybe I’ll bring the 17 trapet chambertin /17 Bruno Clair beze combo, or maybe something else like the 09 trapet chambertin / Drouhin GE combo. I think revisiting 12 and 13 Cristal would be fun too.
