Unfortunately I will be in Philly that weekend and am going to do an event there that will post about in a different thread.
I am thinking of doing another theme for my burg and champagne, not sure what yet. Since we did older burgs this time maybe I’ll bring some younger ones which should be drinking well. Maybe I’ll bring the 17 trapet chambertin /17 Bruno Clair beze combo, or maybe something else like the 09 trapet chambertin / Drouhin GE combo. I think revisiting 12 and 13 Cristal would be fun too.

Once we start getting a sense of a head count I’ll start looking at venue; we may end up going with cornerstone again as we loved it and I now have the contact info for the somm/manager.
