Reservation set for 7 PM on 5/17 at Pizza Beddia for now; we’ll have the table for the night. I’m still trying to move it a bit earlier but this is definitely better than 4:30.

wondering if it would make sense for me to bring a second riesling over the spatburgunder? Since there are 4 bottles of vosne I feel like the wassenhaus, while delicious, will just get destroyed haha. I could bring an Emrich-Schoenleber GG that should be showing well and would also pair great with the white pizzas and salads.
