Ingredients

2 big pears
1 Brioche
200g Stilton/Roquefort/Fourme d`Ambert
3tbsp sugar
3tbsp butter
2-4 layers of Filo/Strudel (ready-made)
splash Poire Williams



Preparation

  1. Chopp the Brioche in little cubes

  2. Cut in slices the pear

  3. Heat butter


    \
  4. Add sugar


    \
  5. Add pear slices and let it caramelize or around 3-5min. and then drizzle with Poire Wiliams

  6. Dice blue cheese


    \
  7. Lay out 2 layers of strudel/filo on a tray

  8. Brush strudel with liquid butter and add brioche

  9. Add pear slices


    \
  10. Add blue cheese


    \
  11. Wrap it up, maybe with additional 2 layers of strudel/filo

  12. Brush with liquid butter, in the pre-heated ofen for 20min. by 180C/356 F
