Ingredients
2 big pears
1 Brioche
200g Stilton/Roquefort/Fourme d`Ambert
3tbsp sugar
3tbsp butter
2-4 layers of Filo/Strudel (ready-made)
splash Poire Williams
Preparation
- Chopp the Brioche in little cubes
\ - Cut in slices the pear
\ - Heat butter
\ - Add sugar
\ - Add pear slices and let it caramelize or around 3-5min. and then drizzle with Poire Wiliams

\ - Dice blue cheese
\ - Lay out 2 layers of strudel/filo on a tray
\ - Brush strudel with liquid butter and add brioche
\ - Add pear slices
\ - Add blue cheese
\ - Wrap it up, maybe with additional 2 layers of strudel/filo
\ - Brush with liquid butter, in the pre-heated ofen for 20min. by 180C/356 F
