Wow, very surprising, as is the price of St Em relative to the other major appellations. I guess you can say that about Pessac-Leognan as well.
Without looking at detail, is it simply an issue of specific Vineyard turnover (eg a few sales could skew results), or are these estimated values?

Not surprising really. After Petrus the bottle prices really drop off so it would be difficult to justify higher prices in Pomerol. What is the same chart for Burgundy? Vosne Romanee probably is far higher than Pauillac I would guess.
